Hey Petals,
It has been some time since my last post, this is not due to having nothing to write about (both fortunately and unfortunately) however more so because the things that were effecting me most heavily involved others and it is really hard to find the balance between talking about my thoughts and feelings without somewhat overexposing others. I have remained active here and there on my Instagram page as within a caption it is easier to write a blanket paragraph and not reveal too much information, at the same time however things are about to change...*puffs up chest*.
I am refocusing my energy on things that benefit ME and writing on my blog really did/ does help me. Once I put things down on paper it’s theoretically off my chest so that I can mentally refocus my energy, to not only healing from things but to moving on from them in a positive way. Sometimes the only closure you will get from things will come from yourself, a lot of the time actually!
Theres a few subjects I want to touch on in the near future, from insecurities, to trust issues to jealousy to eating habits and more... I also plan on taking you on a few journeys with me, wether it be my weight loss journey or my attempts at fitness or my attempts at new hobbies trying to find the things I love again, the good, the bad, the ugly and hopefully at times the wonderful! My go pro may even make an appearance or ten. I look forward to it, and please remember this isn’t a one way Blog, I would love to hear from you too ❤️
